Acceptable verification documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
You are responsible for ensuring that the personal details held on your Account remain accurate. Any change to your name, address, mobile number, or linked payment method must be reported to e333 support promptly. e333 is not liable for failed transactions or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information.
The e333 platform is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an Account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any gaming activity on e333. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
e333 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Where e333 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. If verification confirms that the Account holder is under 18, the Account will be permanently closed and any deposits made will be returned, net of any amounts already wagered. No winnings generated while underage will be paid out under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. e333 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to e333 support in advance of the relevant activity.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting e333 support. On closure, any real-money Balance held in your Account will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and provided no bonus-related restrictions apply. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons will be processed as self-exclusion where appropriate — see Section 11 for details.
e333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where there is a reasonable suspicion or confirmed finding of: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; fraudulent activity; attempted manipulation of the platform; or any other conduct that e333 deems detrimental to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
e333 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in BDT. e333 does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers from unverified third-party accounts, or payments originating from sources other than those listed above.
The minimum deposit amount on e333 is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your Balance within seconds of the mobile wallet confirmation.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your e333 Account are legitimately sourced and belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment credentials that do not belong to you is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
In the event of a failed deposit — where funds leave your mobile wallet or card but do not appear in your Account Balance within 30 minutes — please contact e333 support with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider. e333 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits as promptly as possible.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification being complete on your Account. Where verification documents have not yet been submitted or approved, e333 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Withdrawal requests submitted before any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been met will be declined. Real-money Balance that is not subject to wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the verification and processing requirements set out in this section.
e333 aims to process verified withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay within 24 hours of approval. Card-based withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions are outside e333's control.
Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period apply and will be displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Players who regularly handle larger transaction volumes may contact support to discuss applicable arrangements, subject to enhanced verification requirements.
e333 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-derived winnings.
Where a wagering requirement is specified, it must be completed in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type; slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
Any player found to be exploiting bonus terms — including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once; systematically placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine wagering intent; or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures — will have Bonus Funds and any associated winnings forfeited and their Account suspended or permanently closed.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire automatically and be removed from your Account Balance. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. e333 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms communicated at the time of award.
All sports betting markets, casino game outcomes and slot game results on e333 are governed by the rules of the respective game or sport, as defined by the relevant game provider or sporting body. In cases of discrepancy between general platform terms and specific game provider rules, the game provider's rules take precedence for matters relating to game outcomes.
e333 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it can be demonstrated that a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure resulted in a market being offered at materially incorrect odds. Void bets will have the staked amount returned to the player's real-money Balance.
In-play and pre-match betting markets are offered on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to market availability. Once a bet is confirmed and the market has closed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
Live casino games — including baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, roulette and blackjack — are streamed from third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the respective provider's systems and are outside e333's direct control. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e333 platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

All content on the e333 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and video content — is the property of e333 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the e333 platform without the prior written consent of e333 or the relevant rights holder. Any unauthorised use of e333's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; any interruption, suspension or termination of platform services; any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in game outcomes or market pricing caused by third-party data providers; or any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
e333 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services. e333 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits e333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
e333 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration, identity verification and payment processing is used solely for the purposes of account administration, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. e333 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
e333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, e333 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with your Account. The revised Terms will display the updated effective date.
Your continued use of the e333 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 5.2.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. e333 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.
